There, amidst the cozy, welcoming cafés and the intoxicating aroma of freshly roasted coffee, I was reminded of my roots and the rich cultural heritage of coffee. That experience left a lasting impression, and it was there that I made a promise to myself: I would bring that same warmth and passion for coffee to life.
With the unwavering support of my husband, we found this perfect space and poured our hearts into every detail. I have always been into the smaller, more intimate coffee shops so I wanted to give this one a try. The ambiance of the place really stood out to me! Their coffee was great and the staff very welcoming!

I visited Spark Coffee Shop for the fifth time and absolutely love it! Their matcha, mocha, latte, and herbal tea are all fantastic. Their matcha is my most favourite. The bakery items are fresh and delicious. The shop itself is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Plus, the location in the heart of Toronto, near Yonge and Davenport, is super convenient. Highly recommend stopping by!”

walked by and thought it was so cute, i had to come back. the staff member working was so nice. the coffee & baked goods are delicious. and i really like the vibe of the place – there are beautifully made goods for sale.
